The staff was KNOWLEDGEABLE plus the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect. The queen room I stayed in was nicely decorated and well heated with good facilities.

The room was fashionable, the location was incredibly comfortable. Elorriaga district was worth exploring. The restaurant was very nice for dinner here, I had very pleasant dishes. I appreciated the view of garden.

I recently stayed at a medieval-feeling hotel near Vitoria and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home. The location was just a short drive away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for small families or couples looking for a nice place to stay near Vitoria.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Vitoria - fine if you're driving but less so if travelling by public transport. It's in a village (or what used to be a village) with a busy road running through it linked to the city by a new suburban development of high rises that's unfinished - you need to walk through it if you're using the bus to get to Vitoria as the bus doesn't actually go into the Elorriaga village. It's about a 10 minute walk and seems safe enough, but not particularly pleasant. It felt quite out on a limb. I think it'd be fine as a starting point for walking/cycling/horse riding in the countryside, but not great as a base for exploring Vitoria.

Amazing base for exploring Vitoria-Gasteiz. Good old hotel in a very good historic style building. Beautifully decorated king room with a very big bed, nice big bathroom, as example.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. Located in an ancient palace, the hotel exudes a sense of history and charm. The staff is friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, including a great shower. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
